L.I.S.T.E.N. Sometimes, Saying Less is Actually More

There’s an interesting revelation inside the word L.I.S.T.E.N. The same letters make up the word S.I.L.E.N.T. In order to really listen, you have to be silent … in your mind as well as on your lips. That’s quite challenging for Type-A people like me. So, in preparation for tomorrow evening’s program – “Conversations with Jeff Weeks” – I decided to invite people from all over the world to take part in the conversation. I want to sit back and listen. Really listen. I want to hear from them about why hope matters. I reached out to individuals I’ve been privileged to meet from Florida, New York and Hawaii … and Taiwan, Germany and Scotland .. and many points in between.  In just a few words, their posts and tweets will say a lot about this conversation of hope airing on television and on YouTube.

The invitation will remain open. For months to come, you can click HERE to join me for a Global Night of Hope and Conversation (and beyond). In the meantime, saying less is actually more, especially inside a picturesque journey of hope.
